Secro Customer and User Agreement（2022年10月6日付）およびSecro e-bill（2022年9月29日付）（以下「Secro Standard e-bill of lading」）－承認済みのもの

国際P&Iグループ（IG）は、以前Secro Customer and User Agreement（2022年10月6日付）およびSecro Standard e-bill of ladingを承認しました。これらは引き続き承認されます。

Secro Customer and User Agreement（2023年3月16日付）およびSecroの顧客が提供するe-bill（以下「Customer e-bill of lading」）の使用－新たに承認されたもの

本特別回報は、IGがSecro Customer and User Agreementの更新版（2023年3月16日付）と、同User Agreementと併せてSecro Customer e-bill of ladingを使用することを承認した旨をご案内するものです。Secro Customer and User Agreement（2023年3月16日付）は、Secro Customer and User Agreement（2022年10月6日付）に取って代わりますが、旧版AgreementおよびSecro Standard e-bill of ladingについても保険カバーに関する承認は継続されます。

Secro Customer and User Agreement（2023年3月16日付）における変更点

Secro Customer and User Agreementの変更点について、以下のとおりご案内いたします。

1. Secroが、Secro Standard e-bill of Lading に加え、Customer e-bill of Ladingの使用を許可していることを示すための修正。

 

2. Secroのシステムは、同システム内で使用されるすべてのCustomer e-billへ恒久的に以下i)~iii)を組み込むことを義務づけている旨を規定する条項：

    

   i. 法律および仲裁条項を含む、裏面に書かれた日付の用船契約の摂取
   ii. Secro Standard e-bill of Lading に適用されるのと同じシンガポール法および裁判管轄条項
   iii. 電子船荷証券から紙媒体の船荷証券への変更の可能性
   

その他のてん補除外規定の適用
貨物の運送に関するその他のてん補除外規定は、承認された全ての電子商取引システムに対して、紙の船荷証券と同様に適用されることにご注意ください。

たとえば、a) 運送契約に定められた港または場所以外での貨物の荷揚げ、b) 電子文書/記録の後日付または先日付の発行/作成、c) 譲渡可能な電子文書/記録の提示を受けない積荷の引き渡し（承認された電子商取引システムの場合は、当該システムの規則に従わない積荷の引き渡し）によって生じた責任は、てん補から除外されます。
