2. Work site: waters in the east of coastal area of Xiangshan, Ningbo in the East China Sea Area, bounded by the following 6 points in order (2000 National Geodetic Coordinate System):
   
   1. 29°31′06.0″N / 122°15′18.0″E;
   2. 29°27′12.0″N / 122°37′30.0″E;
   3. 28°46′36.0″N / 123°30′12.0″E;
   4. 28°45′54.0″N / 123°29′30.0″E;

3. Safe Operation Zone: circular waters in the work site, centered by the research vessel, “Chen Xi 5”, with a radius of 0.5nm.
4. Work mode: the research vessel, “Chen Xi 5” will tow equipment including side sonar probe in the length of 100 meters at stern in the work site to carry out investigation operation on submarine pipeline route. The tugboat, “Kan Tan 226” will carry out auxiliary operation including the security works.
5. Cautions:
   
   1. The workboat should implement each safety and anti-pollution measure, display regulated lights and shapes in obvious places day and night, strengthen duty and lookout and keep watch on VHF16, coordinate the avoidance timely when crossing traffic-intensive area and fishing area of the channel and take safety measures if necessary.
   2. The workboat should listen to weather forecast and relevant forewarning information timely. In case of bad weather such as strong convection and typhoon, the operations should be suspended and the workboat and personnel should evacuate timely.
   3. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout and contact, avoid passing in a close distance with the stern of “Chen Xi 5”, keep a safe distance with the workboat and pass by slowly from outside of the Safe Operation Zone.

4. Cautions:
   
   1. The workboats should display regulated lights and shapes in obvious places and keep AIS normally open.
   2. The workboats should strengthen lookout on VHF CH16/CH74 and contact the passing vessels timely.
   3. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout and pay attention to the avoidance.
5. The Notice (YHT [2022] No. 94) is hereby abolished.

4. Announcement on Drilling Operation by “Hai Yang Shi You 708” in Southeast Sea Area of Hainan

1. Work duration: 18 August 2022 – 21 October 2022.
2. Work boat: “Hai Yang Shi You 708”.
3. Safe operation zone:
   Waters bounded by the following 4 points in order:
   A)　17°37′49″N / 111°03′30″E;
   B)　17°37′07″N / 111°04′03″E;
   C)　17°36′31″N / 111°02′13″E;
   D)　17°36′39″N / 111°02′06″E.
4. Work mode: drilling operation of marine gas hydrate.
5. Cautions:
   
   1. The workboat should display lights and shapes as regulated, strengthen duty and lookout, pay attention to the movements of passing vessels, take the initiative to contact the passing vessels, take early safety measures and keep watch on VHF16/08.
   2. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout, pay attention to the avoidance, avoid passing the safe operation zone for the safety matters.
   3. It won’t be further notified if the operation is completed in advance.
