3. Work boat and mode: “Zhong You Hai 101” and “Yu Hang Qi Zhong 05” will conduct repair construction operation of submarine crude oil pipeline in the above water area respectively. “Zhong You Hai 281”, “Zhen Hang Tuo 5”, “Shun Yi Huan Ce 7”, “Zhe Jia Xing Gong 158”, “Man Yang 16”, “Xin Le 907”, “Yong Gang Jiao 7”, “Shun Chang No.8” and “San Min 008” will carry out security and ancillary works on the site.
4. Cautions:
   
   1. During the operation, the main workboats will adopt open mooring with the length of anchor chain of about 600m. The workboats should display visible marks towards where the anchor chain enters the waters, display regulated lights and shapes in obvious places, keep watch on VHF16 and take the initiative to report the movement of the vessel.
   2. Passing vessels should strengthen duty and lookout, keep unblocked communications with VHF16, pay attention to keeping a safe distance with the workboats and obey the command of the VTS of Zhoushan Harbor of Ningbo and the on-site guard ships.

China MSA 13 May 2022

1. Work boat: Platform “Hai Yang Shi You 931”.
2. Work site:
   

   Enclosed circular water area centered by the Platform “WZ6-9/6-10” (20°50′37.35″N / 108°50′48.03″E), with a radius of 1nm.

3. Cautions:
   
   1. The work unit should implement security works, implement relevant on-site safe management, guard and supervision and order maintenance works, pay close attention to the weather and sea conditions, initiate water rescue emergency response plan in case of any emergency and it is prohibited to work at risk during bad weather.
   2. The drilling platform and guard ships should display or exhibit corresponding lights and shapes as regulated, keep AIS on and keep watch on VHF round-the-clock, strengthen lookout and contact the passing vessels in advance for avoidance.
   3. The work unit should strictly implement each safety and anti-pollution measure. It is prohibited for the workboat and relevant personnel to jettison ship garbage in waters and discharge ship pollutants and other wastes.
   4. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout, sail cautiously, obey the traffic management of Beihai VTS Center and the command of the on-site supervisor, keep a safe distance with the workboat and pass by at a safe navigation speed and mark the work site in corresponding sea chart.
   5. It won’t be further notified if the operation is postponed or completed in advance.
