2. Work site: waters to the south of Jiuduansha Precautionary Area of Nancao Waterway of Yangtze Estuary and waters outside Dazhihe Estuary:

3. Work mode: The work boats, “Zhe Ding Gong 1006” and “Zhe Ding 60111” will drop anchors to carry out geological drilling operation in the work site, the anchor position should not exceed the scope of the work site.
4. Cautions:
   1. The workboats should exhibit lights and shapes as regulated, keep AIS on normally, display visible marks during daytime and irradiate with light at nighttime towards where the anchors enter the waters.
   2. The workboats should strengthen duties and lookout on VHF16 and the report of movement of the vessels and strengthen security works.
   3. Irrelevant vessels are forbidden to enter the work site for navigation, berthing and operation without authorization.
   4. The operation should be suspended in case the wind force is greater than 7 or the visibility is less than 1000m.

It is reported that there exists a shallow water zone in Rongxing Harbor Area of Panjin Port, i.e. waters bounded by following 4 points:

1. 40°33′39″.54N 121°57′38″.32E，

3. 40°33′22″.70N 121°57′16″.37E，
4. 40°33′19″.93N 121°57′32″.54E,
   its minimum water depth is 6.2m.
