As entrusted by China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanghai Foundation Engineering Group Co., Ltd. will carry out the 35kV Submarine Cable of the CGN - Offshore Wind Project in Huizhou Port and its laying operation. Relevant issues are hereby announced as follows:

1. Work duration: 19 May 2021 – 19 May 2022.
2. Work boat: “Jian Ji 3001” (engineering vessel), “Zhong Chuan 558” (flat-decked barge), “Zhong Chuan Yun Wei 8888” (traffic boat) and “Guo Liang 20” (anchor boat).
3. Work area: waters bounded by the following Point A to Point D in order:
   

   A：114°36′05.832″E / 22°43′25.104″N；

   B：114°36′35.284″E / 22°43′49.656″N；

   C：114°36′52.265″E / 22°43′32.333″N；

   D：114°36′58.205″E / 22°43′36.138″N.

4. Work content: submarine cable laying operation.
5. Cautions:
   
   1. There will be a guard ship set at the vicinity of the work area. The work unit should contact relevant vessels voluntarily, coordinate with the avoidance matters and keep watch on VHF08. On-site contact number: 18360579200;
   2. The operation should be suspended in case of the poor visibility and heavy wind;
   3. Passing vessels should keep proper lookout, strengthen contact with the work boats and take avoidance measures timely when passing the vicinity of the work site.

As entrusted by China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., Zhongtian Technology Submarine Cables Co., Ltd. will carry out the construction of the submarine cable of the Offshore Wind Project of CGN Huizhou. Relevant issues are hereby announced as follows:

1. Work duration: 13 May 2021 – 31 December 2021.
2. Work boat: “Yuan Wei 8”, “Yuan Chang 5”, “Zhou An 1”, “Hong Ji 2”, “Jin Tian 6”, “Ji Xiang 12” and “Li Jin Tuo 5001”.
3. Work area: waters within a range of 250 meters from both sides of the route of 220kV of Offshore Wind Power of CGN Huizhou connected by the following 9 points:
   

   A: 22°42′17.382″N / 115°00′09.149″E；

   B: 22°41′29.652″N / 115°00′54.979″E；

   C: 22°41′16.762″N / 115°01′22.065″E；

   D: 22°40′48.593″N / 115°01′49.382″E；

   E: 22°38′44.377″N / 115°01′22.634″E；

   F: 22°34′06.066″N / 115°03′42.630″E；

   G: 22°29′38.777″N / 115°04′08.604″E；

   H: 22°20′29.205″N / 114°59′47.167″E；

   I: 22°19′00.304″N / 114°59′41.840″E.

4. Work mode: laying operation by adopting mode of four-anchor localization.
5. Cautions:

4. Work mode: Replacement operation of laying of submarine pipelines.
5. Cautions:
   1. Work boats should display lights and shapes as regulated, strengthen lookout, pay attention to the movement of passing vessels, contact the passing vessels voluntarily and take safety measures timely.
   2. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout, pay attention to the avoidance and avoid passing the work site for the safety matters.
   3. It won’t be further notified if the operation is completed in advance.

3. Work site:
   

   Area A: circular water area centered by 17° 34′49.75″ N / 110° 57′34.96″ E, with a radius of 1nm.

   Area B: circular water area centered by 17° 37′01.98″ N / 111° 02′45.98″ E, with a radius of 1nm.

4. Work content: Drilling logging operation on marine gas hydrate.
5. Cautions:
   
   1. Work boats should display towing lights and shapes as regulated, strengthen duty and lookout, pay attention to the movement of passing vessels, contact the passing vessels voluntarily, take safety measures timely and keep watch on VHF16/09.
   2. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout, pay attention to the avoidance and avoid passing the work site for the safety matters.
