The development project of Phase I of 33-1 South Oil Field in Qinhuangdao has been completed. We now hereby announce relevant issues concerning the newly-built wellhead platform, WHPA Platform of 33-1 South Oil Field of Qinhuangdao as follows:

1. Location of Platform: 39°09′20.577″N/119°21′29.311″E
2. Light and Sound Signal
   WHPA Platform of 33-1 South Oil Field of Qinhuangdao set six obstruction lights, one on the radar support of helicopter deck (Morse (U) cycle of 15 seconds, range of 10nm and light intensity of 1400CD, synchronously flashing), five white-light navigation lights (Morse (U) cycle of 30 seconds), a fog horn with the range of 2nm and a fog horn with the range of 0.5nm.
3. Cautions
   
   1. WHPA Platform of 33-1 South Oil Field of Qinhuangdao is connected with WHP Platform of 33-1 Oil Field of Qinhuangdao by a trestle. Passing vessels should sail cautiously and avoid the platforms and the trestle connecting the platforms.
   2. Irrelevant vessels are forbidden to sail into the waters centered by the WHP Platform of 33-1 Oil Field of Qinhuangdao (39°09′17.938″N/119°21′30.531″E), with a radius of 500m.

2. Adjustment of Navigational Aids and Facilities in Lanshan Harbour Area of Rizhao Port

   4. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout, pay attention to the avoidance and avoid conducting operations such as dropping anchors, dragging anchors and trawling for the safety matters.
