To respond to the accidents promptly anywhere in the world, the Association appoints the correspondents, who are familiar / experienced with P&I claims, at the major ports of the world. When any difficulties arise, Members and/or Masters are requested to make direct contact with the claim handling department of the Association or the appropriate correspondents near the site. We will set up the necessary initial response immediately.
