   2. The guard ships should display corresponding lights and shapes as regulated.
   3. The work platform and guard ships should keep watch on VHF16, VHF67 and VHF09. Passing vessels should contact the work platform in advance, take avoidance matters timely and should not enter the water areas around the Drilling Platform “Kai Xuan No.1” within a range of 500 meters.
