   Water areas in southeast waters of Hainan Island, bounded by the following 8 points:
   A：17°12′48″N/110°27′25″E;
   B：17°36′50″N/110°12′37″E;
   C：17°42′28″N/110°22′02″E;
   D：17°51′35″N/110°16′33″E;
   E：18°09′40″N/110°47′46″E;
   F：17°45′32″N/111°02′39″E;
   G：17°40′47″N/110°54′24″E;
   H：17°31′28″N/111°00′06″E;
4. Work mode: “Hai Yang Shi You 721” will carry out 3D Seismic Data Acquisition by towing 12 pieces of cables each in length of 6,000 meters, spacing between each cable is 100 meters and sinking depth of each cable is 7 meters.
5. Cautions:
   1. Workboats should display relevant signals as regulated, strengthen duties and lookout, pay attention to the movements of passing vessels, contact the passing vessels initiatively and take safety measures in time.
   2. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout, avoid passing towing area, stay far away from the workboat, obey the command of escort ships for the safety matters and keep watch on VHF16.

2. Announcement on Well Exploration Operation of Well BZ13-2-3

Drilling platform “Bo Hai No.5”, M/V “Hai Yang Shi You 633”, M/V “Hai Yang Shi You 615”, M/V “Min Sheng 001”, M/V “Min Sheng 006”, M/V “Zhong Gang Tuo 702”, M/V “Bin Hai 287”, M/V “Bin Hai 284”, M/V “Ji Hai 8005”, M/V “Hao Chi 9” and M/V “Dong Fang Xing” will conduct well exploration operation in the area centered by Well BZ13-2-3 (38°31′45.905″N，118°58′53.251″E), in a radius of 500 meters from 20 November 2018 to 11 December 2018. During the operation, apart from the large number of work lights at night, there is a red strobe light set on the top of the derrick, a Morse (U) white-light lamp of 15 seconds (flash simultaneously) and a Morse (U) fog horn of 30 seconds set outboard of each spud leg of the platform. Work boats will keep watch on VHF16 and VHF67 around the clock. Other vessels are forbidden to enter into the worksite.
