      Area I: water areas bounded by the following points (China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000):

      2. 30°25′36″N/121°53′23″E;
      3. 30°28′34″N/121°56′30″E;
      4. 30°28′35″N/121°56′52″E;
      5. 30°26′40″N/121°56′52″E;
      6. 30°25′07″N/121°53′51″E.
      Area II: water areas bounded by the following points (China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000):
      1. 30°27′35″N/121°50′00″E;
      2. 30°28′40″N/121°50′27″E;
      3. 30°28′44″N/121°51′13″E;
      4. 30°25′57″N/121°50′00″E.
   3. Workboats and work mode: Self-elevating offshore exploration platform “Hua Dong Yuan 2” will conduct geological prospecting operation in the above water areas.There are signal lights with strobe of red and blue set upon each of the four corners of the platform at night. “Ding Hai Tuo 16” and “Tong Sheng 68” will conduct supporting operation in the above work site.

      1. Workboats should display signals as regulated and keep watch on VHF 16 during the work.
      2. Passing vessels should strengthen duties and lookout, keep a safety distance from the workboats and pass-by slowly.

 

3. Announcement on the well exploration operation of Well PL13-2-4d

   Drilling platform “Bo Hai No.9”, M/V “Zhong Gang Tuo 702”, M/V “Min Sheng 001”, M/V “Hai Yang Shi You 633”, M/V “Hai Yang Shi You 647”, M/V “Guo Shun 17”, M/V “Hai Yang Gong Cheng 1201”, M/V “Tian Ze 806” and “Ming Yuan 6” will conduct well exploration operation in the area centered by Well PL13-2-4d (38°35′53.741″N/20°09′38.783″E), in a radius of 500 meters from 28 August 2018 to 30 October 2018. During the operation, apart from the large number of work lights at night, there is a red strobe light set on the top of the derrick, a Morse (U) white-light of 15 seconds (flash simultaneously) and a Morse (U) fog horn of 30 seconds set outboard of each spud leg of the platform. Work boats will keep watch on VHF16 and VHF67 round the clock. Other vessels are forbidden to enter into the worksite.



4. Investigation on the submarine pipelines of Phase I of Project of Shanghai LNG Company Ltd.

   1. Work duration: 8 October 2018 – 31 December 2018, from 0600hrs – 2000hrs.
   2. Work site: water area within a range of 500m from both sides of the following four points: Nanhuizui: 30°51′35.15″N/121°55′00.73″E; Turning point 1: 30°44′19.96″N/122°04′13.33″E; Turning point 2: 30°44′04.36″N/ 122°04′22.90″E; Ximentang: 30°37′24.33″N/122°06′42.02″E.
   3. Work mode: M/V “Su Chang Gong 001” will use multibeam bathymetric system, side-scan sonar survey and shallow acoustic survey in deep water area to obtain materials such as depth and terrain of seafloor, spatiality and burial depth of submarine pipelines.
   4. Cautions:
      
   1. Workboat should display lights and shapes as regulated in obvious places and keep AIS normally open.
   2. Workboat should strengthen duties and lookout, keep watch on VHF13 and strengthen notification of the dynamic movements.
   3. Passing vessels should keep a safety distance from the workboats, pass-by slowly and sail cautiously. The operation should be suspended when the force of wind is over the scale of 7 or the visibility is under 1000m.
