   2. Work site: at the position of 17°42′44.23″N /108°40′35.76″E, at around 48 nautical miles due south of Yinggezui of Hainan.
   3. Workboat: “Kan Tan No.3” (drilling ship, call sign: BIAY).
   4. Work mode: offshore drilling operation.
   5. Cautions:
      1. Workboat should display signals in accordance with the relevant regulations. There are flashing lights around the hull at night and red flash light set on the top of the derrick.
      2. Workboat should keep watch on VHF 16 and VHF 08.
      3. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout and avoid passing water areas centered by the workboat, with a radius of 2000 meters for the safety matters.
      4. It won’t be further notified if the operation is completed in advance.

      2. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout and the contact with the workboats, sail cautiously, pay attention to recognizing the signals and keep a safety distance.
      3. Workboats should receive weather forecast every day and work out emergency plans to guard against storm tide in a timely manner.
