  3. Work boat: Drilling Platform “Zhao Shang Hai Long 9”, “Hai Yang Shi You 673” and “De Shen”.
  4. Cautions:
    1. Other irrelevant vessels are forbidden to enter the safe operation zone which is centered by the Drilling Platform “Zhao Shang Hai Long 9”, with a radius of 1nm.
    2. The workboats should display regulated lights and shapes in obvious places and keep AIS normally open.
    3. The workboats should strengthen duties on VHF CH16/CH68 and contact the passing vessels timely.
    4. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout and pay attention to the avoidance.

  1. Announcement on Drilling Operation on Well BZ8-3S-2

  2. Work content: Drilling operation on Well BZ8-S3-2
  3. Work site: drilling operation in waters centered by Well BZ8-3S-2(38°47′17.133″N/119°25′35.107″E), with a radius of 500m.
  4. Work boat and facility: Drilling Platform “Zhao Shang Hai Long 5”, “Min Long 6001”, “Min Long 6003”, “Hai Yang Shi You 642”, “Hai Yang Shi You 656”, “Zhong You Hai 252” and “De Yao”.
  5. Signals: During the operation, apart from the large number of work lights at night, there is a red light set on the top of the derrick, a Morse (U) white-light navigational aid light of 15 seconds (flash simultaneously) and a Morse (U) fog horn of 30 seconds set outboard of each spud leg of the platform.
  6. Cautions: The workboats should keep watch on VHF CH16/CH67 round-the-clock; Passing vessels should strengthen lookout, pay attention to the movements of workboats, contact voluntarily, pay attention to the avoidance for the safety matters; Irrelevant vessels are forbidden to enter the work site.

      A: 29°49′13″N/122°10′53″E;

      B: 29°49′24″N/122°11′10″E;

      C: 29°49′21″N/122°11′12″E;

      D: 29°49′16″N/122°11′11″E;

      E: 29°49′07″N/122°10′58″E.

    2. Area II: waters at the vicinity of north side of Dongbailian Mountain, which is bounded by the following 4 points (2000 National Geodetic Coordinate System):

      A: 29°49′31″N/122°11′09″E;

      B: 29°49′35″N/122°11′15″E;

      C: 29°49′29″N/122°11′19″E;

      D: 29°49′26″N/122°11′13″E.

    3. Area III: waters at the vicinity of northeast side of Dongbailian Mountain, which is bounded by the following 4 points (2000 National Geodetic Coordinate System):

      A: 29°49′20″N/122°11′36″E;

      B: 29°49′12″N/122°11′49″E;

      C: 29°49′03″N/122°11′41″E;

      D: 29°49′12″N/122°11′28″E.

  3. Work mode and vessels: “Zhe Ding Gong 1021” and “Zhe Ding Gong 11” will conduct geological exploration operation in the above water areas and drop horoscopes anchors at the bow and stern of the boats, each anchor chain is 80 meters in length.
  4. Cautions:
    1. Workboats should display signals as regulated and keep watch on VHF CH16 during the operation.
    2. Irrelevant vessels are forbidden to enter the work site.
    3. Passing vessels should strengthen duties and lookout, keep a safety distance with the workboats and pass-by slowly.
