1. Work duration: 25 November 2022 – 28 February 2023
2. Work site: waters nearby north side of Daishan Island of Zhoushan Sea Area, i.e. waters within 100m from both sides of the line connected by following 2 points (CGS2000):
   A: 30°20′27″N / 122°12′03″E;
   B: 30°21′25″N / 122°12′37″E
3. Work boat and mode: “Kang Xin 11” will carry out repair construction on the submarine water pipe in the above water area.
4. Cautions:
   1. The work boat should display lights and shapes as regulated and keep watch on VHF16 during the operation.
   2. During the operation, irrelevant vessels are forbidden to pass the work site.
   3. “Man Yang 22” will carry out guarding works (contact via VHF16) on the site. Any vessel sailing near the above work site should obey the command of the on-site guard ships.

   Drilling Platform: Hai Yang Shi You 981
   Standby Ship: De Heng, Hai Yang Shi You 661.
3. Safe Operation Zone: circular water area centered by 17°04′11.618″N / 109°50′50.465″E, with a radius of 1nm.
4. Work mode: offshore drilling operation.
5. Cautions:
   
   1. The drilling platform should display signals as regulated. There are signal lights flashing around the hull and red blinking light set on the top of the derrick at night.
   2. The workboats can be contacted via VHF16/VHF8.
   3. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout, pay attention to the avoidance and avoid passing the safe operation zone for the safety matters.
   4. It won’t be further notified if the operation is completed in advance.
