I.   Work duration: 20 September 2017 – 30 October 2017, daytime operation.

II.   Work areas: water areas of Yuejingyang of Ningbo, centered by following two points (China Geodetic
      Coordinate System 2000), with a radius of 100 meters:

        ① 29°14′05.4″N/121°46′50.7″E；② 29°13′56.7″N/121°47′20.6″E

III.  Work mode: “Zhe Ding Gong 1006” (length: 31.2m, width: 5.8m) will drop anchors at fixed points to conduct
      geological exploration operation, the length of the anchor is about 50m.  

IV.  Cautions:

       1. Workboats should display regulated lights and shapes in obvious places day and night, display obvious marks
           at the place where the anchor hawsers enter the water and keep watch on VHF16.

       2. The operation should be suspended in bad weather.

       3. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout and contact, keep safety distance with the workboats and
           pass-by slowly.

III. Work boat and facility: Drilling platform “Hai Yang Shi You 924”.

IV. Work areas: water areas centered by 40°23′07.001″N、121°07′38.315″E, with a radius of 500 meters.

V.   Cautions:

      1. The platform should display and exhibit lights and shapes as regulated.

      2. The platform should strengthen duties and lookout, keep watch on VHF06, VHF16 and VHF67 and
          strengthen contact with the passing vessels.

      3. The platform should use safety methods as far as possible during the water operation to ensure the safety
          of the construction.

      4. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout, pay attention to the avoidance for the safety matters.
