1.  Drilling operation on Platform “Dongfang 1-1PRP”

I. Work duration: 20 February 2018 – 30 March 2018.
II. Work site: at the position of 18°36′57.22″N /107°45′37.41″E, at around 53.6 nautical miles of northwestern of Yinggeju of Hainan.
III. Workboat: “Nan Hai Si Hao” (drilling ship, call sign: BXNF).
IV. Work mode: offshore drilling operation.
V. Cautions:
1. Workboat should display signals in accordance with the relevant regulations. There are flashing lights around the hull at night and red flash light set on the top of the derrick.
2. There are submarine pipelines set up nearby, security protection work should be carried out carefully during the construction.
3. Workboat should keep watch on VHF 13.
4. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout and avoid passing water areas centered by the workboat, with a radius of 1500 meters for the safety matters.
5. It won’t be further notified if the operation is completed in advance.

2.   Announcement on the 35KV submarine cable route between Dachangtu Mountain and Miaozihu Island

The laying operation of 35KV submarine cable between Dachangtu Mountain and Miaozihu Island has been completed. We now hereby announce the cable route as follows (2000 National Geodetic Coordinate System): 

1. 30°15′17.38″N/122°24′34.66″E;  2. 30°17′14.58″N/122°26′06.09″E;  3. 30°17′15.36″N/122°26′10.50″E; 
4. 30°17′16.93″N/122°26′14.59″E;  5. 30°17′28.23″N/122°29′55.34″E;  6. 30°17′28.05″N/122°30′00.39″E; 
7. 30°17′26.19″N/122°30′04.81″E;  8. 30°14′36.91″N/122°38′07.46″E;  9. 30°14′34.45″N/122°38′10.91″E; 
10. 30°14′32.11″N/122°38′13.69″E;  11. 30°11′01.00″N/122°40′10.37″E;  12. 30°10′57.34″N/122°40′14.10″E;

In order to ensure the safety of the submarine cable, fixed signs of “No Anchorage” have been set up in all the landing points between the islands, anchoring and other operations are forbidden within a range of 100 meters from both sides of the submarine cable.

III. Work boat: “Zhong You Hai 61”, “Sheng Kan 208”, “Kang Fa 68”, “Zhong You Hai 223”, “Hai Sheng 9”, “Sheng Li 408”, “Sheng Li 291” and “Sheng Li 242”
IV. Work site: water areas centered by the Well Array CB1C (N=38°15′07″,E=118°49′40″), with a radius of 800 meters.
V. Cautions:
1. WorkWorkboat should exhibit corresponding signals, strengthen duties, keep watch on VHF16, contact with the passing vessels timely and ensure the safety.
2. Passing vessels should strengthen lookout, strengthen contact with the workboats, sail cautiously, pay attention to identifying the signals and keep a safety distance.

4.   Announcement on the well exploration operation of Well PL7-6-9

Drilling platform “Bo Hai No.12”, M/V “Hai Yang Shi You 677”, M/V “Ji Hai 8006”, M/V “Min Sheng 002”, M/V “Min Sheng 006”, M/V “Sheng Feng 2”, M/V “Hai Yang Shi You 646”, M/V “Hai Yang Shi You 647”, M/V “Hai Yang Shi You 648”, M/V “Hai Yang Shi You 649”, M/V “Shen Ke 108”, M/V “Xiang Run 66”, M/V “Zhong Gang Tuo 702”, M/V “An Quan Zhou 77”and M/V “Tian Ze 806”will conduct well exploration operation in the area centered by Well PL7-6-9 (38°39′27.393″N,120°02′55.755″E), in a radius of 500 meters from 8 February 2018 to 30 April 2018. During the operation, apart from the large number of work lights at night, there is a red strobe light set on the top of the derrick, a Morse (U) white-light lamp of 15 seconds (flash simultaneously) and a Morse (U) fog horn of 30 seconds set outboard of each spud leg of the platform. Work boats will keep watch on VHF16 and VHF67 round the clock.  Other vessels are forbidden to enter into the worksite.
