We have obtained information regarding the 2026 Marine Invasive Species Program updates from the California State Lands Commission (CSLC).

According to the CSLC, in addition to confirming the submission requirements for the Annual Vessel Reporting Form (AVRF) and the Ballast Water Management Report (BWMR), vessels are urged to be vigilant regarding the detection of the highly invasive "Golden Mussel." The notice also reiterates the emergency regulations effective from June 2025, which require ballast water exchange for ballast water sourced from low-salinity waters prior to discharge.
