The International Group of P&I Clubs (IG), of which we are a member, is currently conducting some research into the work it performs on behalf of the P&I community and the majority of the world’s commercial shipowners. The aim of the research is to help the IG review the range of services it currently provides and to understand how it can better assist club members.

As your club, we are asking you to complete the IG survey which should take you no longer than 15 minutes. You will be taken through a series of questions and be asked to provide your opinions on the IG － not your club － which will be extremely valuable. We really would appreciate it if you are able to spend time completing the questionnaire.

We ask － please － that you complete the survey by Monday 24 April.

The survey is being conducted by an independent research agency (Navigate) and your responses will be kept completely confidential － we will not see your completed questionnaire. You will not be asked to give your own or your company’s name unless you want to.

Since many fleets are entered with more than one club, there is a possibility that your other club(s) might also ask you to complete the same questionnaire. Apologies, in advance, for this – you only need to complete the questionnaire once.
