Drilling platform “Bo Hai No.4”, M/V “Bin Hai 283”, M/V “Bin Hai 284”, M/V “Bin Hai 285”, M/V “Bin Hai 286”, M/V “Bin Hai 287”, M/V “Hai Yang Shi You 641”, M/V “Hai Yang Shi You 642”, M/V “Hai Yang Shi You 647”, M/V “Hai Yang Shi You 677”, M/V “Xiang Run 66”, M/V “Heng Zun”, M/V “Hao Chi 9”, M/V “Zhou Gong 6005”, M/V “An Quan Zhou 77”, “Ji Hai 8006”, M/V “Shen Ke Tuo 7”, M/V “Heng Fu”, M/V “Min Long 6002”, M/V “Hai Yang Shi You 615” and M/V “Zhong Gang Tuo 1” will conduct well exploration operation in the area centered by Well PL7-6-8D (38°41′39.454″N，120°03′35.117″E), in a radius of 500 meters from 9 August 2017 to 1 November 2017. During the operation, apart from the large number of work lights at night, there is a red strobe light set on the top of the derrick, a Morse (U) white-light lamp of 15 seconds (flash simultaneously) and a Morse (U) fog horn of 30 seconds set outboard of each spud leg of the platform. Work boats will keep watch on VHF16 and VHF67 round the clock. Other vessels are forbidden to enter into the work area during the operation.

During the operation, apart from the large number of work lights at night, there is a red strobe light set on the top of the derrick, a Morse (U) white-light lamp of 15 seconds (flash simultaneously) and a Morse (U) fog horn of 30 seconds set outboard of each spud leg of the platform. IV. Work site: enclosed water areas bounded by the following 4 points:
1: 38°26′00″N/118°05′42″E；
2: 38°35′55″N/118°05′24″E；
3: 38°36′00″N/118°10′46″E；

V. Work mode: 3d seismic data acquisition operation
VI. Cautions:
1. The workboats should work day and night, display corresponding lights and shapes as regulated.
2. The workboats should keep watch on VHF08 and VHF16. Passing vessels should contact the workboats in advance, agree on and take avoidance measures promptly for the safety matters.
3. The operation should be suspended when the force of wind is over the scale of 5 or the visibility is under 1000m.
