Members are referred to the previous circular No.12-024 dated 25 December 2012 on the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Marine Pollution from Ships (“the Regulations”).

The revised FAQs have been prepared by the International Group of P&I Clubs to reflect the current situation and attached for guidance to Members. The revised parts have been shown in red.
