As from 4 March 2004, members operating ships which trade to the United States are to berequired to comply with new Automated Manifest System (AMS) regulations. TheInternational Group of P&I Clubs (IG) has decided to issue a circular as attached to themembers who may be involved with new regulations for a reference.
