Members can conclude an agency contract directly with Sunic-Ocean. On the other hand, Reliable Marine Service (Qingdao) Ltd (hereinafter referred to RMS) have entered into the agency agreement with Sunic-Ocean and thus Members can also make an agency contract with Sunic-Ocean through RMS.
