We held an open seminar focusing on the crew claims and the mental health in Singapore, on 17 November 2025. Nearly 40 people applied to the event and the subsequent reception.

During the seminar, Ms. Naoko Nemoto of the Claims Department II of the Japan P&I Club, delivered a presentation in English regarding "Data-Driven P&I Crew Claims Management". Following this, Dr. Edgard Antonio, from the Philippine local correspondent, Del Rosario & Del Rosario, gave a presentation in English, on "Mental Health Loss Prevention".

We received significant positive feedback from participants who commented that they "could compare the incident tendency result of themselves with the analysis result of the Club", “had a good opportunity to reconsider the data analysis method in their company” and “could recognise the importance of maintaining a good mental health”.
