The US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) updated FAQs regarding the cease of the US participation in the JCPOA on 6 August 2018, addressing the permitted trade with Iran after 6 August and 4 November 2018 deadlines as the “wind-down” period.
