| 2. | The workboat will drop horoscopes anchors at the bow and stern of the boat, the anchor cable should be maintained within the scope of the safe operation area; anchor buoy should be displayed where the anchor is moored, anchor buoy light should be displayed at night; workboat should keep AIS normally open, keep watch on VHF16 and display operational signal as regulated. When the workboat evacuates from the site during the work duration, the obstruction left on site should be set with warning signs and lights. | |||||||
