China – around Fujian Waters Precautionary Recommendations and Local MSA Control Measures in Fog Season
The Association has received the attached circular from Huatai Insurance Agency & Consultant Service Ltd., our correspondent in China, on the captioned matter.
According to information from the circular, Fog Season lasts from February to May along the coast of Fujian province, in which four maritime incidents occurred in the past week.
Navigation vessels should sail cautiously and pay attention to the avoidance in accordance with the control measures under the restricted visibility condition by Fujian MSA.
