| We refer Members to the Japan P&I News No.594 dated 2 September, 2011, in which we have provided the fourth edition of Best Management Practice for Protection against Somalia Based Piracy (BMP4) together with our free translation into Japanese. Please be advised that the "Guidance relating to the Construction and Use of Citadels in Waters Affected by Somalia Piracy" has now been produced by BIMCO/OCIMF.
