Reference should be made to the Association’s circular No.25-023 dated 2 March 2026, entitled “Notice of Cancellation in respect of War Risks for Certain Covers”.

The Association decided to reinstate the War Risks cover for charterers’ entries (“Special Cover for Charterers”) which were cancelled effective from 24:00 hours GMT on 5 March 2026 as per the aforementioned circular.
