Regarding the captioned matter, as is reported on the media, on 24 February 2022, Russian forces attacked to Ukraine. As to the attack, martial law has been introduced in Ukraine. Some ports in the Black Sea and the Azov Sea were closed. Vessels in a designated area in the Black Sea and the Azov Sea have been prohibited from sailing until further notice. All commercial flights are cancelled in South Russia direction.
