3. Work boat and mode: Well Drilling Platform “Kan Tan No.2” and guard ship “Zhong You Hai 263” will conduct well drilling operation.
4. Cautions:
   1. Workboats should display relevant navigation and operation signals in compliance with International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972.
   2. Workboats should strengthen duties, lookout and correspondence, pay close attention to the movements of passing vessels and take safety measures at any time.
   3. Workboats should pay close attention to meteorological dynamic, implement safety and anti-pollution measures for the safety matters.
   4. Irrelevant vessels should stay away from the work areas as far as possible and pay attention to the avoidance.

2. Work areas: northwest sea areas of Daishan Island of Zhoushan Sea Area, centered by 30°22′36″N/122°04′51″E (China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000), with a radius of 300 meters.
3. Work boat and mode: “Jian Lan 1” and “Tong Heng Gong 7” will conduct repair operation on the submarine cables in the above water areas. “Bo Xiang Gong 9”, “Pu Luo Tuo 8” and “Tong Heng Tuo 1”will conduct supporting operation at the construction site.
4. Cautions:
   1. Workboats should display signals in accordance with Regulation on Signal Exhibition in Coastal Port and keep watch on VHF 16 during the construction.
   2. There are guard ships, “Zhou Dian 9” and “Long Tao 1” (contact with VHF 16) performing security duties on site, any vessels sailing near the work area should obey the command of the on-site guard ships.
