As previously advised, Shenzhen local authorities intend to adopt higher requirement on using low sulphur content fuel (not exceeding 0.5%mm) at Shenzhen port from 1 October 2016.  They have now issued a formal notice on this respect.  The contents of the notice have been summarized in the attached circular.
