We have previously issued Special Circular No.02-002 and No.05-002 to call for MARPOL compliance; however, as we have discussed in Japan P&I News No.621, the violations still continue today. The Association do not cover the costs associated with criminal convictions resulting from MARPOL violations. Please ensure strict compliance.
