| We are pleased to announce that the revised "Application for Membership" and "Application for Entry" will be effective from 20 February 2012 (the 2012 policy year). |

| This revision is related to the change of our Rule 2 (Duties of disclosure and notification) in order to comply with the Japanese Insurance Law in respect of the duties of disclosure of essential particulars and/or information concerning the contract of insurance. Members are requested, without delay, to notifythe Association in writing of any alteration to the particulars and/or information requested on the application forms for the entry of ship for insurance, whenever such analteration occurs. |
