(From "Shipping and Law" presented by Del Rosario Pandiphil Inc.)

With respect to crew claims, we present recent ruling information from our correspondent, Del Rosario Pandiphil Inc. in the Philippines. Attached hereto is a copy of the article presented by our correspondent. We hope that this will be helpful to you.
