Member Survey on Claims Handling Services

Thank you for your continued support of the Japan P&I Club.

 

We are currently conducting a survey to gather your feedback and suggestions regarding our claims handling services. Our goal is to further improve our performance and ensure we provide services that meet the high standards expected by our Members.

 

This survey is an official initiative conducted by Nikkei Research Inc. on behalf of the Japan P&I Club to ensure an objective analysis. We are currently reaching out to eligible Members via email or postal mail to request their participation.

 

We sincerely appreciate your time and input as we strive to better meet your needs.

 

1. Target Respondents

The person in charge of claims handling services (on a fleet basis).

 

2. How to Participate

Please access the survey website using the URL or QR code provided in the invitation sent to you by email or postal mail. The survey takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
