(1) Introduction of Chief Officer positions

 

Objectives:

The establishment of Chief Officer positions as the chief executive officer of the executive section enables them to assume certain authorities and responsibilities of the director and executes business operations from the Club management perspective.

 

(2) Introduction of a new 'Crew Team' in addition to the Underwriting Team and Claims Team in the Kobe Branch,

 

Objectives:

The establishment of this specialised team, responsible for crew claims, including personal injury claims within the Kobe Branch, separately from the Claims Team enables the Branch to improve the expertise of its claims handling services and operational efficiency.
