We are pleased to announce that the following organisational and personnel changes, effective on 21 July 2022.
- Organisational Changes (Please refer to the attached Organisation Chart)
We will newly establish the Head of Claims Units in the Head Office.
The Head of Claims Units will manage and improve the claims handling structure and system by instructing all claims sections including the Claims Departments I and II and the Claims Teams of Branch Offices.
