In addition to the organisational change that was announced in our press release entitled “Announcement of Organisational and personnel Changes” on 3 March 2021, the following change will be made effective on 1 April 2021.

1. Organisational Changes (Please refer to the attached Organisation Chart)

Our Strategic Sales Department, Tokyo Underwriting Department and branch offices’ underwriting teams shall be placed under the control of the newly established Head of Underwriting Units. The change is intended to streamline the chain of command to facilitate and improve our underwriting/marketing efficiency.
