We refer to the Japan P&I News No.956 of 25 April 2018. We would remind you that Taiwan’s Ministry of Transportation and Communication started, with effect from 1 January 2019, all vessels calling the following Taiwanese ports are required to use fuel with sulphur content of 0.5% or less.
