There have been three cases that the discharge of dunnage wood with origin Mariupol (Ukraine) was not allowed by the Phytosanitary Authorities in some Spanish ports on the ground that dunnage was infested with coleopteran.

The correspondents recommend that the dunnage wood with origin Mariupol should be duly inspected prior to its usage.
