New Specified Navigation Rules in Hayatomo-Seto, Kanmon Port

| The Enforcement Regulations of the Port Regulations Law were amended on 12th March, 2012. The revised rules in Kanmon Port are as below. |

| 1. | Vessels navigating Hayatomo-Seto against the current shall maintain a speed of 4 knots or more greater that of the current. (Effective as of 1st May, 2012) |

| 2. | Vessels shall not overtake other vessels in Hayatomo-Seto Waterway. (Effective as of 1st May, 2012) |

| 3. | Kanmon Passage and Kanmon Passage No.2 to be widened. (Effective as of 29th March, 2012. |
